Roof Skylight: Adding a Bit of Light to Your Home

A bright house is one that is warm and inviting. If you find that your house is dark and dank no matter how many lights you have on and how many windows you have open, you might want to think about adding more natural light to the home by way of a skylight. This is essentially a roof window that is placed right in the roof of your home so that you get some great light right from the source: the sky. This is a great option because the light will be diffused somewhat by the window, but then it will spread out across the space and make the space the warm inviting place that you have wanted it to be. One roof window is enough for most spaces, but if you have many rooms or halls in your home that do not have windows, you may want to have more than one installed.
